ORSI'S MINIATURES
Hello, my name is Orsi (Orsolya) Skultéti.
I am a Hungarian born miniature food sculptor and dollhouse builder. I graduated as an economist, but became a self-taught miniature artist.
After preparing food items for Hungary's most renown dollhouse museum, The Moskovszky Collection at The Dollhouse of Fehérvár, I have had several exhibitions in Hungary, Austria and Slovakia and I have given lectures on miniatures in different Hungarian cities, including Budapest, Győr and Székesfehérvár.
At the International Competition of Dolls, Bears and Miniatures, organized by the Hungarian Dolls Society, I have won a 3rd prize in 2006 and the 1st prize in 2007, 2008, 2009 and in 2015, and in 2009, I became their ‘Craftman with Golden Diploma’.
I have won an International Guild of Miniature Artisans (IGMA) Scholarship in 2008 and became IGMA Artisan in the same year. In 2010, I was honoured with IGMA Fellowship.
My works were published in Miniature Collector; American Miniaturist (USA), Miniaturas (Spain), 1:12 (Germany), Dolls House and Miniature Scene; and The Doll’s House Magazine (UK).
